Your inability to log in to the secured site could be due to an identified problem in some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer connecting to a highly secured site (128-bit encryption) like row2technologies.com.

Please carry out the following upgrade/correction to your browser settings and then try to login again:
Preferred Solution
1. Click Help on your browser window. Go to 'About Internet Explorer' and click 'Update Information'. You should now be able to Login to secured site.
OR
2. Click Tools on your browser window. Go to 'Internet Options'. Click the 'Advanced' tab -> Security and turn off 'USE SSL 3.0' option.
