Who has rights to the IP? & Can we file the patent in our company's name?

Since the IP will belong to your company upon full payment receipt, you can file the patent(s) with an external inventor or you can license a patent filed by ROW2 Technologies, Inc.

Q. Is RouteIncubator a standalone service?

No. As a full-service provider ROW2 offers this service only as an extension of a RouteDesign Project. The decision to go forward with a RouteIncubator can be made at the beginning of the RouteDesign project or once the report has been completed.
