ROW2's SmartChem LIVE: A success at Informex 2008

ROW2 Technologies Inc. exhibited at Informex 2008 at New Orleans, USA for the fourth consecutive year. As part of the exhibition ROW2 opened its online knowledgebase SmartChem to attendees for the very first time through SmartChem LIVE on January 31, 2008.
The SmartChem knowledgebase is one of ROW2’s key services that benefits business development, sourcing and R&D functions in the Life Sciences and Chemical industries worldwide in identifying potential customers, exploring new markets, identifying cost effective suppliers and much more. Knowing the limitations of conventional data sources, SmartChem is designed to meet the needs of the dynamic industry. SmartChem caters to over 550 customers from 20 countries worldwide and celebrated its 5 Years Jubilee last year. The Jubilee Celebration saw various exciting events, activities specially planned for customers and colleagues.
At Informex, ROW2 featured its SmartChem LIVE as a part of the SmartChem 5 Years Jubilee Finale and a number of Informex attendees gathered at ROW2’s booth to search for information on chemicals of their interest in the Live SmartChem knowledgebase. Few of the attendees told us that their interest was to view SmartChem for chemicals for which they were unable to attain global supplier sources, applications etc. from their current data sources and were pleased with the information in SmartChem. Due to the overwhelming response and attendee appreciation received on January 31, 2008, the SmartChem LIVE offer was extended by one more day.
ROW2 also took the opportunity to present its offerings SmartChem, RouteDesign and Route2India as well as discuss the latest happenings and activities planned by ROW2 in 2008 with its customers. ROW2’s press conference, various exciting activities like Match and Win Contest, Lucky Drawing received good response too.
