ROW2 launches DMF/VMF enrichment and After Sales Assistant in SmartChem

Following the grand SmartChem Jubilee Celebration in 2007, 2008 was planned to be the year of SmartChem enrichments with an objective to make it more value adding, comprehensive and user friendly. Unrolling the plan, ROW2 is pleased to announce the launch of DMF/VMF Enrichment and the After Sales Assistant in SmartChem.

With DMF/VMF status details added to SmartChem, users can now conduct more targeted and focused suppliers search saving their time significantly. In addition to DMF, VMF status for suppliers, SmartChem also provides details like DMF, VMF number and manufacturing site specified during DMF submission.
SmartChem’s new After Sales Assistant allows SmartChem subscribers to send us their chemical updation requests instantly saving time and efforts considerably. Moreover, the After Sales Assistant is the most secured means to send updation requests.
