ROW2 enriches SmartChem with “REACH Corner”

ROW2 is pleased to announce the launch of “REACH Corner” in SmartChem.

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals) entered into force on June 1, 2007 and aims to improve the protection of human health and environment through identification of intrinsic properties of chemical substances. It further gives greater responsibility to industry to manage the risks from chemicals and to provide safety information on the substances.

Understanding the implications and importance of REACH legislation, ROW2 aims to keep its SmartChem users abreast of the REACH related critical information on chemicals.

With the launch of REACH Corner, SmartChem users can now find details on REACH High Concern Chemicals, Pre-registered Chemicals and Prioritized chemicals at one place in SmartChem in a user-friendly format saving efforts and time.

We are confident that REACH Corner will act as a ready reckoner for all the REACH related information on chemicals.
