Think Investments LLC

Think Investments LLC is a private investment firm that, among other sectors, promotes seed-stage enterprise application software companies. Among many other successful private investments, Think was a seed-stage investor in Rightworks (acquired by ICGE), Quest Software (QSFT) and I-many (IMNY).

Think Investments is the Family Office of two seasoned entrepreneurs, Sandeep "Sandy" Tungare and Ravi Reddy, who have been partners for over 15 years. Sandy, an early pioneer in multi-dimensional technology, first partnered with Ravi, an accomplished entrepreneur across several manufacturing industries, to form a highly successful demand management company called Think Systems in 1986. Think Systems was ultimately acquired in 1997 by i2 Technologies, where Think's FYI Demand Planner product became a cornerstone of i2's TradeMatrix suite of products.

As a Family Office, Think Investments invests across asset classes. In its private investments, Think has focused on several seed-stage enterprise application software companies.

About Sandeep 'Sandy' Tungare - Chairman & CEO, Vistaar Technologies, Inc.

Sandy has co-founded several companies, including Vistaar Technologies, Inc., an enterprise software development firm. He has a rare mix of technology vision, keen business acumen and inspirational leadership.

Sandy was an early pioneer in the field of multi-dimensional technology and is widely acclaimed for having crafted unique and visionary software products using that seminal technology. In 1986, Sandy co-founded Think Systems, Inc., where he served as Chairman and CEO. He grew the company from a three-person start-up to a multi-national operation with 150 employees.

A graduate of Bombay University in India, Sandy received his MBA from Rutgers University.

About Ravi Reddy - Vice Chairman, Think Investments LLC

Ravi's entrepreneurial vision has been a driving force for several companies that he has co-founded. Ravi's vast experience in creating and leading organizations has given these companies and their customers a solid foundation that has been instrumental in their success.

Ravi was co-founder of Think Systems, Inc., where he guided the company from its inception through its sale. Ravi has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries. As a Certified Public Accountant, he built a successful professional practice helping closely held businesses founded by other entrepreneurs.

A graduate of Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, Ravi received his MBA from Rutgers University.
