I joined ROW2 as a fresher, just after my post-graduation.

Initially I used to miss the wet chemistry lab specially when my batch-mates used to talk about their experiences. But four years down the line I have gained more knowledge in the subject and have used far more organic chemistry than any of my batch-mate.

As a part of Process Chemistry Solution Team, I work in a project based environment. I enjoy collaborating with talented colleagues. Together we make a powerful team and explore novel synthetic ideas. ROW2 has given me a career that always encourages me to be challenged, to learn and keep myself updated with the subject. Most of all it gives me a chance to work/interact with scientists from top pharmaceutical/agro companies around the world to solve their problems or to work on their ongoing/underdevelopment projects concurrently. The experience is truly enriching.

Manager - Process Chemistry Solutions

I joined ROW2 after my 20 years experience in wet chemistry lab, where I used to get all the basic research ideas developed by researchers & published in literature. My role there was to implement literature ideas, and get them to practice.

In ROW2, as a part of Process Chemistry Solution Team, I start my work at grass root level, do basic literature work, scout for new routes and arrive at novel and innovative ideas. Hence I derive a great sense of achievement and contentment doing my projects here. More over in my last 4 years with ROW2, I have been exposed to a vast range of chemistry and have handled more projects than I handled in past 20 years. The tight project deadlines have trained me to manage my time efficiently. An opportunity to interact with scientists from top life science companies around the globe on their projects has enriched my knowledge base immensely.

I am proud to have the opportunity to lead the talented team and contribute to the efforts of ROW2.
