ROW2 Technologies Inc. was formed with a vision to be the Coveted partner for the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies worldwide, catering to their entire 'cerebral outsourcing' needs in the area of Synthetic Organic Chemistry. Our vision is to be recognized and respected as the conclusive solution provider in the sphere of chemistry.

The name "ROW2" came about because our core expertise is in synthetic organic chemistry and the basic elements used in organic chemistry are located on the "second row" or the periodic table.

ROW2 has evolved significantly since its initial inception in 2001. Initially focused solely on the process chemistry field, we developed ChemSpire® a revolutionary decision support application to help process chemists with route design and selection. Then in 2002, to meet customers' needs and requests for a customized service for route design, which did not require the installation of the enterprise-wide application, we started offering RouteDesign. In January 2003, ROW2 acquired Chembourse International and thereby diversified its offerings to also cater to business development and sourcing professionals.
